Please share the following local San Diego resources for recipients of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) with your organizations and anybody who could benefit from the scholarship, information, workshops, and legal assistance.

  • Mission Asset Fund—2,000 DACA recipients will receive a $495 scholarship to renew their DACA. Click here to apply

  •  Workshops and legal assistance in San Diego:

    • Ready Now San Diego—a project of Alliance San Diego is a local resource website for immigrant families living in San Diego County. Click here to check out their calendar of workshops and to connect with legal assistance.

    • Catholic Charities Diocese of San Diego—Offers free DACA information sessions every Tuesday at 8:00AM at their Chula Vista Office (293 H Street, Chula Vista). Please check out the website or call for more information about the workshops and what to bring.

    • Employee Rights Center—the ERC offers comprehensive immigration services for both documented and undocumented immigrants. Click here

    • Mexican Consulate General in San Diego—Offers a variety of services, information, and resources to Mexican immigrants living in the US, and is hosting a series of workshops with a focus on DACA for the month of September. Click here for the calendar

    • For UCSD students—Students of University of California San Diego can receive counseling, request an appointment with an attorney, and additional resources from the Undocumented Student Services Center. Click here to find out more

  • Information and Education

    • National Immigration Law CenterNILC offers comprehensive information, FAQs, and resources on immigration issues, including DACA.

    • San Diego County Office of Education—Provides information for parents and educators in English, Spanish, and Chinese. Click here
