The atlas, available through download below, is intended to serve as a tool for residents, and community based organizations providing services within the Mid-City community. The atlas contains a large amount of information about the population characteristics and health status of the Mid-City community and can be used for ongoing planning and resource development.
The atlas is produced by the County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency as part of the Partnership for the Public’s Health Initiative, funded by the California Endowment and the Public Health Institute.
