Now hiring Neighborhood Captains! & Team Leads!

Neighborhood Captains are the core of our Integrated Voter Engagement work that builds power in City Heights by prioritizing our community, families, and low-frequency voters ignored by traditional political campaigns. Neighborhood Captains lead the conversations and build the relationships that will increase voter participation and civic engagement in City Heights.

We are currently recruiting new Neighborhood Captains and Team Leads to join our field team as we prepare for the General 2026 elections.

We invite you to attend our Hiring Night September 17 2026 from 6 PM- 7:30 PM at Mid-City CAN's office to interview for the position of Neighborhood Captain or Team Lead.
