At CAPs 101, we covered the topics of climate change, climate action plans (CAPs) and how San Diego's CAP can help improve quality of life in City Heights.
Join us for CAPs 201, to take a deeper dive into the transportation and land use strategies that will help the City of San Diego reduce emissions in half by 2035. We’ll define terms typically used in climate planning such as “mode share,” “vehicle miles traveled,” and “transit priority areas.” We will also talk about how a city’s Climate Action Plan has implications at the regional level, at regional agencies like SANDAG. Join us for another night of learning centered around equitable climate planning in City Heights.
