FAQs

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Come early to find free street parking. Please mind the local parking signs and time limits as we cannot take responsibility for ticket or traffic violations. You may also park in the City Heights Center parking structure - entrance off of 43rd street. There is a fee to park in the structure ($1/hour with a $5 daily max). Unfortunately, we are unable to validate parking for participants. 

Can I update my registration information?

Please check in at the registration table. If you RSVPd, we will have your name on our list. You may also show up and register on-site the day of the event. Don't forget your business cards as there will be many opportunities to network. 

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No. Please save paper and do not print your registration ticket. We will capture your name and contact information at the registration table when you check in on Friday. 

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

No problem. No need to print your ticket. This event is open to the public. 

Will you be providing lunch?

Yes. We will have meat, halal, and vegetarian lunch options available at no cost to attendees. 

Will you have interpretation and childcare?

Yes. Interpretation will be available in Spanish & Somali. Let us know if you can suggest one. Childcare has been requested and will be provided for this event.
