Dear City Heights Friends:

Our Fall City Heights Community Convening will be held on Tuesday, December 4 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Make sure to reserve a spot and join us for a great morning packed with:

• Updates from The California Endowment.
• Updates from Mid-City CAN on the Building Healthy Communities Planning Process.
• A keynote presentation on the impact of immigration on healthcare and social service usage.
