Martin Hernandez is a lifelong resident of the South Bay, San Diego and a graduate of Gonzaga University. As the Peace Promotion Momentum Team (PPMT) organizer, he works alongside a team of dedicated residents to end the school-to-prison pipeline through the promotion of programs such as the Restorative Community conference and Restorative Justice Practices. Martin has worked on several local political campaigns, most recently serving as the Campaign Manager for Chula Vista Councilman Steve Padilla. Martin's dream is that one day all communities in San Diego will receive their fair share. When outside of work, Martin enjoys learning how to cook new recipes and working to perfect his Hook shot.
